Shipping Returns and EU Return Policy

Shipping times are not guaranteed and can vary greatly depending on local postal conditions. Orders are typically shipped within one to two business days after order placement.

Returns

Unfortunately Ovation Press is unable to accept returns outside of the European Union. All sales are final. Customers in the European Union may initiate a return here.

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by submitting a return request through your account or by contacting us directly before the 14-day period expires.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
